In my opinion, the majority of young children today suffer from mental health problems as a result of the additional stress placed on them by their academic obligations. High levels of academic pressure, such as demanding workloads, rivalry, and the quest of academic success, are frequently experienced by young people. Stress, anxiety, and feelings of inadequacy can result from the pressure to perform well academically. On the other hand, those kids can become quite dependent on various social media platforms. They have extensive social media and digital platform use, which might exacerbate mental health issues. The continual exposure to idealised portrayals of other people's lives, cyberbullying, and the fear of missing out (FOMO) can have an influence on one's sense of self, ability to compete in social situations, and general mental health.
