One difficulty I have experienced and witnessed is the lack of train movement during the weekends. You mentioned limitations to leisure time and the opportunity to spend time with family; that is where the lack of trains during the weekend comes into play. People tend to work most weekdays and are only left to have social gatherings during the weekends. However, few trains are available, and the train replacement buses are always crowded. This makes people spend more on private vehicles (uber, etc.) or miss out on social events. I know the reason for the unavailability of trains during weekends is because of track work; however, I think the issue can be resolved with better collaboration.

Safety and Security is one of our life's essential needs and are included in Maslow's hierarchy of the market. As you have mentioned above, addressing these needs will improve our environment and mental health (such as reducing our anxiety). Apart from the government developing policies protecting our safety, I believe everybody can contribute by looking out for one another.

I completely agree that it can be incredibly difficult for international students to find employment and opportunities in a foreign country. Language barriers, cultural differences, and visa restrictions can all make it challenging for students to gain real-world experience and advance in their skills and careers. It's unfortunate that prejudice and discrimination can also play a role in limiting opportunities for international students. This kind of environment can cause a great deal of stress and anxiety, which can impact a student's mental health in a negative way. We should do everything we can to recognize and address these challenges, and to create a more inclusive environment for international students in the job market.

Transportation is one of the basic needs in our lives, and trains are the most commonly used in Sydney. As you mentioned, if neglected can negatively impact people's life, such as stress, loss of jobs and opportunities and financial burden. Financial burden in the sense that people will use private transportation means like Uber to get to their destination, and they are expensive. Although the Sydney train authority provides information about delays and cancellations, it must be done ahead of time because, most times, this information needs to be communicated earlier for people to look for alternatives.

I agree with the importance of maintaining safety and security in our society. Crimes and violence can have a significant impact on the well-being and mental health of individuals and their communities. A secure society will enable individuals to thrive and provide the foundation for social and economic engagement.

I completely agree with this. When we fails to understand and appreciate different cultures and languages, we are more likely to rely on stereotypes and biases. I believe to overcome the issues, we need to promote education and awareness on the importance of diversity and inclusive communication practices.
