The way we view ourselves and the value we place on ourselves is known as self esteem. We all criticise ourselves occasionally, but if you do it frequently or consistently, you may be suffering from poor self-esteem. Indeed, having low self-esteem can increase your chance for developing mental illness. Those who lack self-esteem may have a bad opinion of themselves, struggle with self-doubt, and lack confidence in their skills. Anxiety, depression, and other unfavourable emotions may result from this, which may have an adverse effect on one's general mental health. Also, people with low self-esteem might talk to themselves negatively and act in ways that support those thoughts, like avoiding difficulties or social situations. These thought and behaviour patterns can perpetuate unfavourable feelings and create a vicious cycle of poor mental health. Any thoughts and comments?

Body image refers to how a person perceives their own physical appearance, as well as how they feel about their body. It can involve thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and behaviors related to one's appearance, including size, shape, weight, and other physical attributes. Body image can be influenced by a variety of factors, such as cultural and societal norms, media representation, personal experiences, and individual characteristics. A positive body image means feeling comfortable and confident in one's own skin, regardless of physical appearance. On the other hand, negative body image can lead to a distorted view of one's body, low self-esteem, and a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. It is important to recognize that everyone has a unique body shape and size, and there is no one "ideal" body type. Developing a positive body image involves accepting and appreciating one's body as it is, rather than striving for an unrealistic standard of beauty. This can be achieved through practices such as self-care, self-compassion, and surrounding oneself with positive influences. Seeking professional help, such as therapy or counseling, can also be beneficial in addressing negative body image issues. Any comments and thoughts?

As growing up in a society where everything for you is already setup from the family and society's expectations. This expectation already created the pressure for the children no matter what they want and what their needs is . Your future is already decided without your consent, your interest and what you want to do . Due to this pressure under the children it will always created bad influence on upcoming generation. That's why this generation choose to stay away from family and realities so they can live a life what they really want and no one is there to judge. any comments?

Sometimes social media causes negative influence among the young generation due to growing social expectation. As an social media user myself sometimes it feels like life has been restricted within. Social media is mostly affecting the teens they are only limited to the connection they have made throughout the social media whereas their relationship is being compromised with the family,, friends around themselves. Social media also distract people from unrealistic views of other people, it also increase bully, harassment. where people are also invest their precious time unknowingly. Any thoughts and comments?
