Since childhood we were taught every thing like how to behave, how to be successful what things to do to be brilliant in society but they never taught us that we have to appreciate the way we are . Sometimes this dictatorship leads bad impact on mental health of the children . Family won't understand that the pressure we went through due to this kind of dictatorship. For example ; as being a female we were already assigned different kind of roles in the society and family.

And also I would like to add up is sometimes you don’t need to have that pressure on yourself that you should know everything it is ok not to be perfect . And sometimes asking for help is ok too.

Agreed , sometimes making mistakes gives you another opportunity to do something in a better way . We can also learned lessons from the mistakes At the end of the day we are human being we are not perfect . We will learn from making mistakes. You don’t have be right every single time . Be kind to yourself.

I agreed with you but I also have seen the main reason why we are losing the connection due to the development of technology and the importance that we are giving to it . We are also in the race of development where everyone believe perfectionism that could be the another reason to loss the connection to yourself .

I believe that having a fear of failure is the greatest fear . As a human being we will always love to win but we cant accept the fact that there might be lot of stages where we have to go through lot of failure . But sometimes we have to understand that everyones in their life fails someday. Never be afraid of failing but appreciate your little win .

I agree we having been just doing whatever your society or family expectations is rather than what we want . One person cannot take the whole responsibility and society. So living under the pressure of the expectations it played the vital role that leads to depression, anxiety and other mental health issues. Just live for yourself and do whatever you enjoy rather than living other 's expectations .

Indeed in todays society , being perfect is the most common themes no matter what . This is also considered as major problem because in regards of being perfect you forget who you are. People don't understand the reality of being themselves and strive for bring perfect where they have to go through a lot in the name of being perfect .

I can say that meeting an unrealistic expectations of the society leads big pressure on the young generation . Society or family should understand that every individual is unique and got different pace of development. You just can't put your unrealistic expectation to the person . This unrealistic expectations also results bad mental health among the youth.

Yes I agreed with you Barsha how the worlds has been changed. I still remember where there was no such development of technology but still there was feeling of connected . I also believe that the technology have replace the human connection because of this things we are feeling lost sad , depressed and alone. So I believed as long as we use the technology wisely then we can get back the connection with society, community or from family.

Yes I agree with you Doris as long as you are confident with yourself or how you are then you will be perfectly fine . I am extremely happy that i can see in the shops that they have several sizes dummy which embraces all shapes and size.
