This infograph came out of conducting several tabletop scenarios such as 'how does soapbox operate somewhere overseas?' and 'how does soapbox operate somewhere we do not have access to a channel?'
Leaders (ambassadors or Joeys) access templates (how-to's), and/or map the specifics of their social situation (needs). They they roadtest these templates, or modify them. This may involve building a communication channel of sorts so that the data (how-to's) and (needs) can come back to soapbox, as well as broadcast their activities widely, to inspire new leaders.
The process can further be a screener for a society's mental health (through running of connection groups) and a society's level of freedom (Through the ability to establish a communication channel)
