The aim of this event is to create a safe space where people can share their stories, experiences, and concerns about mental health in an open but respectful manner. In today’s fast-paced society, we often find ourselves overwhelmed, disconnected, and stressed out, which can take a toll on our mental health. Therefore, it is important to talk about mental health openly and hopefully learn from each other. Let’s break the silence and join us in this conversation.
